On many occasions we feel bad and we don’t understand why.
What we can appreciate is that behind these emotions there are thoughts that, without realizing it, are usually automatic and negative.
Therefore, our thoughts play a key role in our emotions and our behaviors.
Something we can do to feel better is to identify our thoughts and modify them. However, many times we think without realizing it and it is not easy for us to learn to identify them in order to later change them and thus change our emotions, feel better and act as we would like. In this workshop we will give you some clues so you can start doing it and, little by little, feel better.

- Concept of thinking and how it affects us.
- Types of thoughts and how to detect them.
- Techniques to change thoughts into others that make us feel better.
Recipients: Anyone interested in the subject, who wants to know and learn techniques to change thoughts.
